But... when my opponent goes bankrupt the game just stalls. The only option I have is to 'pause' the game. How do you win?

Pause, options, animation off, exit to main menu, continue game. Click until the bankrupt one is gone, then turn animations back on. You are welcome.

just connect your fone via storage card and transfer the file from download to it then just execute the cab file or .exe file

cheat: if u and an oponent got some of the same color 'apartments', trade them back and forth. if u add an extra apartment for yourself, you will get it cheap, or for free :)
